Cover Supervisor – Full Time – Immediate Start Until End of Term

The successful Cover Supervisor will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the school by supervising classes during teacher absences. The role will involve delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, ensuring students remain engaged in learning, and supporting the wider teaching team where required. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a secondary school setting.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working with young people in an educational or similar environment

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills

• Be confident supervising classes across a range of subjects

• Be organised, adaptable, and reliable

• Hold a degree or relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)

• Be passionate about supporting students and creating positive learning experiences
