Geography Teacher – Telford – Immediate Start | MPS / UPS Dependant on Experience

Tara Recruitment is currently supporting a welcoming and well-established secondary school in the Telford area to recruit a dedicated Geography Teacher for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Geography Teacher to join a supportive department and make a real impact on students’ learning and development.

The school is located in a well-connected part of Telford with good local transport links and a strong sense of community. The successful Geography Teacher will be teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity about the world and develop key geographical skills.

This role is ideally full-time and offered on a rolling long-term basis, providing stability and the opportunity for the right Geography Teacher to become an important part of the school team. Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and confident early career teachers who are enthusiastic about delivering high-quality geography lessons.

Salary:
MPS / UPS dependant on experience

The Role:

• Teaching Geography to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
• Marking and assessment in line with school policies
• Supporting students to achieve their academic potential

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Have experience teaching Geography to GCSE level
• Be enthusiastic, organised and committed to student progress
• Be able to commit to a long-term role
