Exciting Opportunity for Higher-Level Teaching Assistants in Shropshire!

£100 - £115/day

 

Are you passionate about supporting students' learning and development? Do you have experience in education and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of children? We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our schools across Shropshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality lessons in a range of subjects.
  • Work closely with class teachers to provide targeted assistance for students.
  • Support children with additional needs and adapt resources to suit individual learning styles.
  • Lead small group interventions and contribute to the development of lesson plans.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally in a HLTA or teaching assistant role.
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working with young people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to supporting students in reaching their full potential.
