  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Advising leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
  • Supporting staff wellbeing initiatives and professional development processes
  • Liaising with external bodies (e.g. Local Authority, payroll providers)

This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisation, discretion, and confidence in a school-based HR setting.

CIPD qualification or progress toward one is desirable but not essential.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR or people-focused role
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and compliance
  • Ability to commit to a permanent, full-time position
  • 2 years of relevant employment references
