🌍 French & German Teacher – Part-Time – Telford – ASAP Start

Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Contract: Part-Time, Temporary (until July 2025, with potential extension)
Subjects: French & German (KS3 initially, KS3 & KS4 from September)

TARA Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-regarded secondary school in Telford in their search for a committed French and German Teacher. This is a part-time position starting as soon as possible, initially teaching Key Stage 3 languages through to July 2025.

There is strong potential for the role to continue into the 2025/26 academic year, with scope to deliver both French and German up to GCSE level (KS4).

The Role:

• Deliver high-quality French and German lessons to Key Stage 3 students
• Support pupils in developing their language skills, confidence, and cultural understanding
• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons
• Potential to progress to teaching both subjects at GCSE level from September

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or equivalent secondary teaching qualification
• Has experience teaching both French and German, ideally across KS3 & KS4
• Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for languages
• Strong classroom management and a commitment to pupil progress
