Nursery Practitioner – Part Time (3 Days per Week)

We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive early years setting in the Telford area, working with children aged 2–3 years.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys helping young children learn, explore and grow in a nurturing environment.
The Role:
You will be supporting the daily running of the nursery, helping to provide a safe, engaging and caring environment for young children. The role includes assisting with activities that support early development, encouraging play and learning, and helping children develop key social skills.
You will also be responsible for supervising children during lunchtime as they eat, ensuring a safe and positive mealtime experience.

Based in a welcoming nursery setting within a school environment in the Telford area
We are looking for someone who:
-
Has experience working with young children (nursery or early years experience desirable)
-
Is caring, patient and enthusiastic
-
Can support children’s learning through play and structured activities
-
Is confident supervising children during mealtimes
-
Works well as part of a team
Paediatric First Aid is desirable, however training can be provided for the right candidate if required.
