SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and caring SEN or SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The having a background in either Music or PE would be a bonus.
SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time
Location: Ealing
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: Based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEN or SEMH needs in both individual and group settings.
- Assist with the delivery of lessons and ensure the effective engagement of students.
- Provide emotional and academic support to help students overcome barriers to learning.
- Work alongside teachers and other staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH students.
- Caring, patient, and able to build strong relationships with students.
- Looking for a long-term position with the desire to make a positive impact on students’ lives.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
