SEN Teaching Assistants – Short-Term & Long-Term Roles
Location: Telford, Shropshire & Surrounding Areas
Tara Professional Recruitment are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools in the Telford and Shropshire area, including mainstream, SEMH, and specialist settings. We have short-term and long-term roles available.
Working with SEN students, including those with ASD, Autism, and complex needs, is incredibly rewarding. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ lives by supporting their learning, helping them develop independence, building confidence, and celebrating their achievements every day.
The ideal candidates will:

Have experience supporting children with ASD, Autism, or complex needs

Be confident working one-to-one or in small groups

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Be adaptable, patient, and committed to supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing
