Why Join Tara Professional Recruitment?

We have built exceptional relationships with over 15 specialist SEND schools across North London, providing our candidates with access to regular, consistent opportunities throughout the academic year.

Many of our candidates begin with flexible work before securing long-term placements and even permanent positions within our partner schools.

With demand already building for September, we are looking to identify and register strong candidates now.

About the Schools

Our partner schools support pupils across a wide range of needs and age groups, including:

These SEND Support opportunities are ideal for:

  • Graduates considering careers in Education, Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work

  • Individuals with a patient, resilient, and positive attitude
  • Those seeking flexible work, long-term work, or a pathway into permanent SEND education roles

Previous SEND experience is advantageous but not essential. We are equally interested in candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn.

The Process

All applicants will initially interview with Tara Professional Recruitment as part of our screening and registration process.
