Design Technology Teacher – Shrewsbury

Contract: Until Easter (initially)
Hours: Part time
Salary: MPS / UPS (dependent on experience)
Tara Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a Seconday school in Shrewsbury in their search for a Design Technology Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and committed teacher to deliver engaging Design Technology lessons and inspire students through practical, skills-based learning. The role is required as soon as possible and will run initially until Easter, with the potential for extension depending on school needs.
The successful Design Technology teacher will:

Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Have experience teaching Design Technology at secondary level (ECTs are welcome to apply)

Be confident delivering practical lessons safely and effectively

Have strong classroom management and organisational skills

Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to student progress
