TARA Recruitment is proud to be supporting a thriving secondary school in the Telford area in their search for a passionate and dedicated Teacher of History to join their Humanities department from January 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic educator to inspire students across Key Stages 3 to 5. The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge, a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning, and a genuine enthusiasm for bringing History to life in the classroom.
The ideal candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Have experience teaching History across Key Stages 3–4 (KS5 experience desirable).

Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Be committed to fostering a positive learning environment and helping students achieve their full potential.
