The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

• Monitor and assess student progress effectively.

• Contribute to the continued development of the Mathematics curriculum.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and achievement.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and wider stakeholders to support student success.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Has experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school setting.

• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.

• Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• Is committed to raising standards and improving student outcomes.

• Can motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.

• Is reflective, organised, and eager to contribute to the wider school community.
