TARA is currently working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Telford to recruit a Part-Time Music and Drama Teacher for a September start. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community and inspire young musicians with your passion and expertise.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and creative Music and Drama lessons to students aged 11–16.
- Plan and prepare lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the wider musical life of the school, including extracurricular activities where possible.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching either Music or Drama at secondary level (KS3/KS4).
- Is enthusiastic, dedicated, and committed to student development.
- Strong classroom management skills and a proactive attitude.
