Teaching Assistant – Secondary School (KS3 & KS4)

TARA Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in the Shrewsbury area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
You’ll be working closely with teachers to help deliver engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small group support, and assist in creating a positive learning environment that enables all pupils to thrive.
The ideal candidate will:

Have experience supporting young people in an educational setting

Be confident working with students aged 11–16

Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about helping every learner succeed

Hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid DBS on the Update Service
