Year 2 Class teacher

I am pleased to be working with a school in Telford to recruit for a full time Year 2 class teacher to cover a maternity cover for the summer term from Easter 2025! The school are a good rated Ofsted and seeking a teacher for full class responsibilities.  The school pride iteself on it's calm, positive and warm atmosphere and are seeking a candidate to broaden students horizons and help realise their potential! There is a full time cover supervisor in the class all day. There is also a member of our inclusion team based in the class in the mornings to support a child with an EHCP. This placement unfortunately wouldn't be suitable for an ECT - the school are hoping to secure a more experienced candidate.

School: Based in central Telford

Role: Year 2 Class teacher – Full Time

Start date: Easter (Maternity cover for summer term - anticipated to be until July 2025)

Experience required: Read, Write Inc / White Rose Maths / Year 2 class teaching experience

Last Ofsted: Good
