As a specialist recruitment agency operating primarily within the education sector, we recognise that our carbon footprint is relatively low; however, we are committed to continual improvement and sustainable business practices.

Our Carbon Reduction Objectives

We aim to:

Digital-First Operations

  • Electronic candidate registration.

  • Digital onboarding and compliance documentation.

  • Electronic contracts.

  • Cloud-based document management.

  • Electronic invoicing.

  • Digital payroll systems.

These measures significantly reduce paper usage and printing.

Reducing Business Travel

Where appropriate we:

  • Conduct meetings via Microsoft Teams or other video conferencing platforms.

  • Reduce unnecessary client travel.
