As a professional recruitment agency, our use of physical resources is relatively limited. Nevertheless, we recognise that responsible resource management contributes to environmental sustainability and forms part of our wider Environmental Management Strategy.

Our Approach

Reduce

We minimise resource use by:

• Operating a digital-first recruitment process.

• Using electronic contracts, onboarding and compliance documentation.

• Storing documents securely in cloud-based systems.

• Reducing paper printing wherever possible.

Reuse

Where practical we will:

• Reuse office furniture and equipment.

• Extend the life of laptops, monitors and office technology through maintenance and upgrades.

• Reuse stationery and office supplies where appropriate.

• Redeploy equipment internally before purchasing replacements.

Repair & Refurbish

Where economically viable we will:

• Repair equipment before replacing it.

• Upgrade existing IT equipment where practical.

• Maintain office equipment to maximise its operational life.

Recycle

At the end of its useful life, we will:

• Recycle paper, cardboard, and packaging.

• Recycle printer cartridges.

• Dispose of electronic equipment through authorised WEEE recycling providers.

• Encourage responsible disposal of batteries and electrical items.

Sustainable Procurement

When purchasing goods we will consider:
