Policy Statement
Tara Professional Recruitment is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chain. We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking.
Although we are not currently required to publish a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 due to the size of our organisation, we voluntarily adopt the principles of the Act and expect the same standards from our suppliers, clients, and business partners.

As a specialist education recruitment agency, we operate robust recruitment procedures including:

DBS checks where required.
Employment history verification.
Professional reference checks.
Qualification verification.
Safeguarding compliance in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
These processes help protect both candidates and the schools we support.

The Managing Director is responsible for implementing this policy and reviewing it annually.
All employees have a responsibility to remain vigilant and report any concerns immediately.
