Part Time Science Teacher

The school is currently going through an exciting and ongoing period of growth and are looking for an inspiring and motivated individual to join their team in the new academic year.

Brief role overview:

Start Date:       September 2022

Duration:          Autumn Term initially (potential for permanent Jan 2023)

Key Stages:     3&4

Timetable:        Part Time (days to be confirmed)

LEA:                Telford and Wrekin

Contract:    Temporary

The schools modern, well equipped science department has purpose built laboratories and extensive practical and technical equipment. Extra-curricular activities are offered for students to further develop their love of science.

It is essential that applicants -

• - Have previous teaching experience to GCSE level
• - Confident in teaching all areas of Science to mixed attainment levels
• - Hold QTS or relevant teaching qualifications
• - Have the ability to teach to a high standard
• - Are a team player and communicator

Role suitable for ECTs.

Because of the schools location, it means it could be suited to Shropshire, Staffordshire and West Midlands applicants.
