Supporting a Telford School in recruiting for French teacher to start in the upcoming weeks.
I am supporting a Telford and Wrekin school in recruiting for a possible French teaching opportunity to start in the next few weeks.
Ideally, the school would be looking to appoint someone on a full time, long term basis.
About the school:
The academy school is a successful 11-16 comprehensive school well established in the community. The school is well respected due to a consistent record of high standards and good examination results!
Located in Telford, the school has good links for candidates coming from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, South Staffordshire and the Black Country!
About the role:
Subject: MFL (French)
Timetable: Full time
Start: October / November
Duration: Ongoing
Key stage: KS3/KS4
Ofsted: Good
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in teaching French to KS3 and KS4 pupils to a high standard
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
- Manage student behaviour in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
- Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
