Job Title: Maths Teacher

Tara are working with a Telford secondary academy school and supporting them their search for and recruiting a Maths Teacher from January!

The academy school values every student and set high expectations. It offers a wide range of subjects at A Level, and GCSE as well as a variety of vocational qualifications.

For several years, the school have been recognised as a high performing school. It continues to build on its many strengths to ensure outstanding examination results and life skills.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated MathsTeacher to join their dynamic faculty on a part time basis.

The successful candidate will inspire and engage students in the study of Maths, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking skills. 


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons, KS3 and KS4, that align with the school's curriculum and educational objectives.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and academic growth.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Maths , Education, or a related field (PGCE or QTS preferred).
  • Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary level, preferably in a similar educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Maths speaking and writing curriculum.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Dedication to promoting a positive learning environment and supporting the holistic development of students.
  • Commitment to upholding the school's values and ethos.
