We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our educational team. The Science Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and guiding students through scientific concepts and experiments. This role involves preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and helping students develop a deep understanding of various scientific disciplines, such as biology, chemistry, physics, or earth sciences.

Key Responsibilities…

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons for students at various grade levels.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Provide extra support to struggling students or offer enrichment opportunities to advanced students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Biology or Education, or a related field (PGCE or QTS preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in teaching up to KS5.
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students
• To attend Parents Evening and discuss pupils academic progress and future targets.
