Overview
Based in Shropshire, Tara have a very positive relationship with large number of Mainstream and SEN schools across the county.
As an agency we support them in providing the schools in Shropshire with dedicated Teaching Assistants.
Pupils could be as young as young as 3, up to the age of 11.

Each successful candidate will play a vital role in providing tailored support to ensure that all students receive the assistance they need to reach their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, assisting them with their learning and personal development.
• Support students with a range of activities, including classroom tasks, social interactions, adapting as required.
• Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their independence, self-esteem, and confidence.
• Assist in the assessment and monitoring of students' progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Help create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that meets the needs of all students.

Each applicant will be expected to undertake compliance checks including DBS, References and ID Check.
